Recipes

The way I cook is fit for MY family. You have your own family. Therefore you can modify any of these recipes to fit YOUR family. Less, more, add extra stuff, take stuff out...whatever you want. Use these as a base and go from there. Most of my recipes come from family or Pinterest. I also like pictures of my food. Just in case. I want to know what it is SUPPOSED to look like. So, I will try to include pictures of the recipe when I list one.

CROCK* POT
 /ˈkräkˌpät/
Noun.
Moms lifesaver; a must have.

I use my crockpot VERY regularly. If you are a busy mom or have half of a brain you NEED one. Or two. Two is good. AND you need to USE IT.

This is one of MY favorite recipes. The kids don't much care for it, though.

Balsamic Chicken

Put some EVO in the bottom of the crockpot.
Throw some chicken in there. Fresh or frozen is fine.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken.
Add some onion.
Add some oregano, basil, rosemary and thyme. Or some Italian seasoning...or both.
Garlic. Add some.
Poor some balsamic vinegar on top of the chicken.
Add a can or two of diced tomatoes.

Cook for at least 4 hours...I usually cook 6-8 hours on low just because I am not home. If you don't have time for that, cook it on high for less time.
